Where are my counts stored?
Only on your phone. To move them to a new phone, open any total (Today, Week, Lifetime or Best day), scroll down and tap Save a backup, then Restore from a backup on the new phone.

The salah times look a little different from my masjid.
They are calculated for your city using the method most masajid in your country follow. Your masjid's iqamah time is usually a few minutes after the adhan time shown.
